Apple Ads is not connected yet. In ads.apple.com → Account Settings → API, upload the public key from
data/apple_ads/public-key.pem, then put the clientId, teamId, keyId and your
orgId into the server .env as
APPLE_ADS_CLIENT_ID / APPLE_ADS_TEAM_ID / APPLE_ADS_KEY_ID / APPLE_ADS_ORG_ID and restart.
