These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tatbiqi Store Manager mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple- or Google-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services / Google Play Terms.
The App lets you manage a WooCommerce store from your phone. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the store data you connect and manage through the App.
Tatbiqi Ads lets you create advertising on Facebook and Instagram through your own connected Meta account. This section applies only if you use it.
Tatbiqi's service fee is a one-off charge of OMR 1.000 for each new campaign you create through the App. It is a fee for the service of preparing and submitting the campaign, and it is payable to Tatbiqi.
Before we take the fee we check with Meta that the advertising account you selected can actually run advertising. If it cannot — for example it has no billing country, or no usable payment method — we tell you why and we do not charge you.
Your advertising budget is not paid to Tatbiqi. It is charged by Meta directly to your own Meta advertising account, in that account's currency, under your agreement with Meta. Tatbiqi never receives, holds or passes on your advertising budget, and the amounts shown in the App for that budget are an estimate converted from Omani Rials at the exchange rate at the time.
If we charge the service fee and then fail to create your campaign because of a technical fault on Tatbiqi's side, and the campaign was never created at Meta, you may retry at no further charge, or ask us to refund or credit that service fee. Contact us and we will deal with it.
The service fee is not automatically refundable where a campaign is not created, is rejected, or does not run for reasons outside Tatbiqi's control. Those include, without limitation: the content, images or information you supplied; Meta's advertising policies or review decisions; restrictions, limits or suspensions on your Meta account, Page or advertising account; permissions you did not grant or later withdrew; invalid, missing or unusable assets; and insufficient funds or a declined payment method on your Meta account.
A campaign created through Tatbiqi is set up at Meta paused. It does not deliver and it does not spend until you explicitly start it in the App. Starting it is your decision and your action.
Once you start it, Meta delivers the advertisement and charges your advertising budget to your own Meta advertising account. The Tatbiqi service fee is not charged again when you start a campaign.
You are responsible for everything you provide — the text, images, video, links, offers, prices and claims — and for holding all rights, licences and permissions needed to use them in advertising. You confirm that what you supply is lawful, accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
All advertising created through Tatbiqi is subject to Meta's own policies, review and enforcement. Tatbiqi acts on your instructions to prepare and submit campaigns; it does not and cannot guarantee that Meta will approve a campaign, that it will be delivered, or any particular reach, impressions, clicks, enquiries, sales or return on your spend. Figures shown in the App are reported by Meta and are not independently verified by Tatbiqi.
You may disconnect Meta at any time, in the App or from your Meta account settings. Campaigns already created remain in your own Meta advertising account and under your control; disconnecting does not pause, stop or delete them, and neither does asking us to delete the advertising data Tatbiqi holds. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tatbiqi is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
