Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tatbiqi Store Manager mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple- or Google-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services / Google Play Terms.

2. Accounts and stores

The App lets you manage a WooCommerce store from your phone. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the store data you connect and manage through the App.

3. Auto-renewable subscription

Title: Tatbiqi Store Manager Pro.
Length & content: a monthly (1-month) auto-renewable subscription that unlocks all Pro features — order management, product management, customer management, analytics & reports, push notifications, and WooCommerce synchronization — for each subscription period.
Price: the price shown in the App at purchase (for example OMR 2.99 / month), billed per month. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency before purchase.
Free trial: new self-serve stores receive a 24-hour free trial; after it ends, a subscription is required to continue using Pro features.
Billing & renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing / cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device account settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tatbiqi is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
